Hi Silver Squirrel ....... not world travel but most of western Europe. I have lots of photos of Grenoble ... there's a chair lift that takes you to the top of a mountain there ... the view is spectacular. I love the fountains that come up out of what look like paving slabs ........

So how long is this expected to go on? I was hoping that daughter would be able to get full custody and allow him the occasional visit. Social services never really close the case .... they always have an ear open.

social services says they have closed the case but i'm sure they can still put a bug in his ear....i did tell them that if things don't change, we will be forced to get a lawyer!!!!!

I suspect social services have had a word with him. Just shows your phone calls worked. Even with transport it's difficult to find work these days. Something will crop up..... eventually.

Trix .... this says 3 cups of hibiscus a day. Also says that drinking it after meals reduces the absorption of dietary carbohydrates. By the way ..... how are the scales????? LOL

Mira ...... I've just found flights to Reykjavik from Bristol with Easyjet .... £47.49 but they are more expensive later in the year. Icelandair have their own hotels which look very reasonably priced ...... tempting thought.
