Trix .... this says 3 cups of hibiscus a day. Also says that drinking it after meals reduces the absorption of dietary carbohydrates. By the way ..... how are the scales????? LOL

Mira ...... I've just found flights to Reykjavik from Bristol with Easyjet .... £47.49 but they are more expensive later in the year. Icelandair have their own hotels which look very reasonably priced ...... tempting thought.

Indeed Blogger ... you see them wearing masks on all the Japanese cams where there are crowds, like the Crea Mall cam. Masks are commonly worn in many far eastern countries, I think it's a very sensible idea.
