if thats what it is , it's a cheaper quality because it only has 1 asterism band in the stone but it's still pretty!!!!

yes.....it does fit....it's really pretty....it has a blue stone (emerald cut)..and on the top left and bottom right of the stone is one tiny diamond and the top of the gold band has filigree cutouts....very pretty....it certainly looks Victorian!!!! no markings at all!!!!!
