Shoes used to be mended when I was a kid but these days .... well ..... I can't even think of a shoe repairer. As for him fixing them himself ..... unbelievable. Fancy sending the child out dressed that way.

MD....we sent her home in really nice boots that my daughter got for her but her dad wants the old ones back because he's "going to fix them"....man...i've heard that statement all through my life....it ain't gonna happen :)

MD....it's just a bunch of little things....except for the fact that when g-daughter showed up this week-end she was wearing pants that were 18 inches too long and boots that were coming apart(the sole was separated from toes to the mid foot) and she was wearing a boys coat!!!!.....

WOW white out conditions here ! I woke up to -14F this morning, went out and started my car to make sure it would start and came back in and decided it's too cold to head out to work today ! I'm now wrapped in a fleece blanket, drinking hot chocolate for breakfast :)

They brought 2 men into the court who had been arrested for fighting each other.Unfortunately they allowed them to get close and one of them saw the opportunity to land a few punches. He got 30 days added on to his sentence.
