I used to have some in my freezer but it wasn't safe hiding in there.  I didn't buy small amounts and I certainly didn't cook small amounts. Now ....... I very rarely buy it. And I buy my cheese ready sliced .... if not ..... I just eat chunks of it. I'm afraid I can't do half me...
