Trix .... I'm sure you know I didn't stick to small amounts of chocolate but I did give the doughnuts a miss. I've just finished off my Christmas cake .... with lovely hard icing on the top. :D

Trix .... these foods are useful to lower blood pressure .... they worked for me: fat-free plain yog, peaches, banana, red pepper, beetroot, beans, jacket potatoes, small amounts of dark chocolate -70% and over, tuna, apples, strawberries, tomatoes, satsumas, cherries, apricots, ...

Trix ..... a while ago my blood pressure soared. I didn't want to take any more meds so I asked the doc to give me some time to try to lower it myself. I made a list of all the foods that are supposed to help and I ate them. Plus ... I did lots of deep, slow breathing. The blood ...

Thanks Trix .... I knew it started at 9.30 but I didn't know the time difference from where I am. Still only 5 here ..... I reckon the snow must have kept the others in. There must be at least 3 doughnuts each. Which reminds me ....... I still have some Christmas cake! :D
