Mira .... thanks so much for that ..... it really is a struggle to get rid of the sticky. I've found they sell it in Tesco, Asda and Halfords. I can't believe I'd never heard of it but I'll definitely be getting some. :D

Cool ... sounds lovely MD. I'd recommend "Goo-Gone" (it works like black magic) for removing the sticky residue on your window, but I don't know if they sell it in the UK ... perhaps they have an equivalent.
