I guess the slight difference is because you have Windows 7 and I have Windows 10. The only ones you really need to tick are the first four. Then click 'clear now' to clear them.

MD ... clearing 'everything' re. your cookies is not going to cause any problems ... same goes for cache. As per my screen grab, I check all the boxes except the last two ... and I clear 'everything' rather than just 'today' ... (i just used that as an example) ... this is done ...

Trix .... I only managed to clear out cookies for today .... I don't know how to do more days. Also ... I wondered if I should clear out cache at the same time as cookies but with only doing one day I'm not going to see much difference. And yes .... I don't dare move!!!!! Mira .....
