It's a strange cam. Somebody probably keeps an eye on it via this cam so they can see when to top up the water level. The animals and birds must be glad of it.

MD...we do pay for how much we use....if i remember correctly it had something to do with the fact that he didn't know how to release the plug so he could use the shower (because it was old and a tad loose)....i told him i knew how but he didn't want to know....easier to just tak...

Trix ... what a strange thing to do. I could understand his thinking if you paid for your water per how much you use ..... he'd make a saving. I can't think of any other reason. But then ..... he doesn't need a reason. LOL
