And then ..... like you - I didn't make a fuss or ask any questions - he would look most put out ..... as if I wasn't interested in whatever he'd been up to ...... or told me he'd been up to. He used to adopt a hurt, "nobody loves me" look. I laugh at the thought of it! LOL
