Mira .... I don't think it would work too well in the UK. People just don't seem to have the sense they were born with. most of the London deaths involve heavy goods vehicles (and cyclists) and as you say ... there are lots of accidents.

LOL ... I didn't even notice a nose ring! :D That article is interesting ... as one commenter noted, that already happens here in the US. I'm not sure how well that would work in the UK if it was tried out. I do know in London alone there are cycle accidents on a daily basis ....
