I think i just found out where it is (sorry for my horrible english). I think its a lawyer office from Allen & Overy compagny. On the official website, you can see all the employees for each offices. Some of them look really familiar.

Teo, I checked out parcel delivery places in the general area and this location in Cape Coral was the only one with 106 in the address (and on Google Streetview the pillars outside look the same.) :)
