I've seen it blow so hard, there is just 5 to 8 feet of foam running over the water, been there and done that, but survived, as usually one drowns even in a small boat.

if youve someone out there, call them in, this could get brutal any time now, storms off shore can get to be killers in a minute if in  a small craft, the wind can go from 10 MPH to 100 mph in 30 seconds, and usually pass as quickly, some last on the wate for more than 1/2 hour, those can blow a swimmer out to sea beyond visual sight of land, from what i am seeing this is the type

those of you who are going to watch a while, look for awhat appears to be steam on the water, and a pointy cloud above it, some never get any bigger than that, some are wonderously large, and very dangerous

I'd settle for a small chill in the air..... we've had rain all day long and we are expecting the same for the next few days.
