and to think, if he had just bought a new toilet for $100.00 it would have been only a 1 time fix....but what the hell do i know? i was quite impressed with the tools used this time though...a giant wrench, screw drivers and drills!!!!! oh yeah...he still hasn't fixed the toilet...

it took about 6 months to heal!!! as for the toilet....he fixed it yet again yesterday afternoon....it flushed proper once....he fixed it again last night and it is still working!! i have a shelving unit that goes above the toilet...don't know when i should put the items back on ...
