Yes ... Bijlmerplein is a pedestrianised square so I'm not sure where this nest cam would be in relation to the surrounding buildings. The tilted Google Maps 3D image gives a more helpful view. However, I definitely think this is in Amsterdam rather than The Hague.

I checked firefox at Nelly's Cafe on live feed. If I had live feed I didn't wait around long enough for it to refresh. Palemoon has about a one second refresh at Nelly's. Kestrel cam refreshes every three seconds on Firefox and about one half second using Palemoon. Palemoon asked...
Mira .... I went to Google maps to find this place. Looking out of the opening ... I've seen people down below but no traffic. At one point on Bijlmerplein there is a square and Google man wouldn't go there. I think that's probably where this place is.
