I blasted myself with soluble vitamin C and my sniffles disappeared a couple of days ago. I suspect it wasn't as bad as yours ..... I had no sinus problems.

still doing the Lysol...feel much better today...i'm thinking the cold may have gone into allergy mode now...i've gone through a box of tissue in 1 day...just heard on the news that New Hampshire had an earthquake this morning!!!...only a 2.3!!
