Now that the neon sign in the window is on, I took a screenshot of it and asked Google where it is and from a Reddit post, a half dozen people stated it's the Mock Crest Tavern in Portland. Would you click the thumbs up so the change goes through.

This cam has gone away for long periods of time in the past,so maybe it'll be back. Don't Europeans take month long summer vacations ? if so they may be on vacation and don't feel the need to leave the cam on.
