I agree about the baby spinach, MD. Full grown spinach often tastes too bitter to me. Tonight I just threw the leftover baby spinach on the plate next to the stuffe shells with a little dressing and the kids ate it all up. No salad leftovers! Although I have a TON of those stupid...
