Helen are you using the Live Java Viewer mode, if so your java might not be up to date, make sure you have the latest update for java. Otherwise try using the Refreshing Stills(Flash) mode.

Is anyone else unable to get the other camera to work? I used to be able to access it and now when I click the arrow, the screen turns black. Gah!

i'll never forget when florida living room cam guy striped down in front of the camera...i covered my eyes (and peeked through cracked fingers)..it was when they were in the process of moving out!!
