We lived in several different houses before I was 5. Maybe that's why I suffer with itchy feet. I've always loved moving on. This latest house is the longest I've been in one place and sometimes I do find myself thinking that maybe I have another move left in me. LOL!

That goes without speaking. Chamber pots were de rigueur! I can remember mom complaining bitterly that some people never cleaned the toilet. Horrible thought. When I was 5 we moved to another rented house but that belonged to the local council and was absolutely new ...... nob...

I'm greatful we shared out outside toilet with no one....in the winter we had an indoor commode....not so much a commode as a chamber pot!!!
