lunch was beef steak w/monterey jack cheese, rice w/veggies and brussel sprouts and peaches for dessert...I ate all but left some rice.

Thanks for clearing that up. As you can tell ..... an hour after you mentioned it I had to look for the answer. I read Trump's twitter where he insists he was right and the weather people were wrong about Alabama. He just can't admit to being wrong about anything.
