MD...i will eventually move into my moms house but daughter is still there and i won't kick her out...my hubby is a carpenter but you would never know it to see our house...thats why professionals are needed....then at least if the job is shoddy i can sue or not pay!!!!!

Trix.... my hubby was very good at electric, plumbing, woodwork etc. The only work we had to pay for when doing up our farmhouse was the connecting of the house to the mains sewage. In his younger days he earned a lot of money putting right the work that other men had started and...

he checks the account every month so we can see when the checks come in....he will tell me that mine didn't come in and perhaps ask if he should call about it...i'll just say not to worry about it!!!!!
