Is it normal to anchor boats where the tide goes out, which leaves the boats sitting on sand ? it looks like somebody pull the plug and let the water out !

Trix... I don't like the sound of that. We had a sharp frost overnight and the hills were white this morning but now it's 49 degrees and dry. We've had sunshine all morning. Ice is so dangerous. I hope you are staying in today.

MD....it's 20 degrees outside at my house and raining...the cable just went out...i looked out the window and everything is getting a coating of ice on it....pretty but deadly!!!!

Trix... what did shop assistants do with their time before we had computers? Oh... maybe tidy the shelves and stock room.... and file their nails. I like spider solitaire and Freecell. :)
