The temp on the webcam could be wrong. I'm not finding any place in England or Scotland right now that is that temp but like I said the ip# is coming back to this being either in Scotland or England. I think this will be another one for Mira :)

Carol... I like to see them identified. It's coming up for 2 years that I've been looking at Opentopia and the difference is amazing. There used to be lots of mystery cams but one by one they are getting sorted. I hope your recovery is coming on in leaps and bounds!

I think Feral is right.... this isn't the UK. The man who came out was wearing a short sleeved shirt, no coat. He wouldn't be dressed like that if he was here. Also, it is dark as night in the UK.
