Mira you still get hummingbirds when it gets that cold ? Ours flew south for the winter atleast a month ago. A few years ago some of the hummingbirds were tag and they found that they head to Mexico for the winter--smart birds :)

MD the eagle was real, I was hoping he would wait till after my post to take off so you could see it, but by the time I finished the 2nd post he was gone. The seagull was real too, I just might of added to his wardrobe :)

28F here, so definitely colder than average for these parts ... I had to thaw out the hummingbird feeder again this morning so they could eat. :)

Trix... when we lived in the middle of England the nearest coast was in Wales. My father loved to go there and from an early age I was taken to most of the Welsh castles. Then he took my children the same places. Pembroke castle is beautiful but I see that you now need tickets to...
