i know my hubby could winterize the home but is too lazy...when the wind blows my curtains move...just a shame spending thousands of dollars just to keep the pipes from freezing and we are cold...

the town is Bovec...the region is Littoral but it is not listed so cannot change region...Mt. is Svinjak...so Borut was right!

Trix... I had new double glazing put in last November and it made a difference to my winter bills. Trouble is... double glazing isn't cheap. Being cold is miserable. The fuel companies are such robbing....... buzzards!
