i think mine has more to do with hubby cheatinitis back in 06'...but enough of that.....i love thanksgiving...cooking with the kids...menu planning...we always try 1 new recipe for the holiday...and who doesn't like to eat?....lol...less stressful than christmas and all the kids ...

I wouldn't call you that Trix. Personally, I'd say it was more a case of 'holiday fatigue.' Retailers gear up for the season so early nowadays that by the time it actually arrives, you're already sick of it!

i must admit that i used to put a lot of energy into christmas when the kids were small...started decorating dec.1st...windows,walls, doorways. and a little scenic snow village on my buffet complete with hills for sledding a skating rink , a village with lights...the kids love it...

Great catch on seeing the guy with the suitcase. Perhaps it was a suitcase full of money! I've decided that the oval sign over the fireplace on the right is their logo, and also that the front door is set on an angle, so I've been looking at pictures for an oval logo and angled ...
