Mira Bilis, nice link. I miss the fish displays that are in French supermarkets. The fish used to look fresh and was fish shaped. In the UK it's all cut into smaller pieces and often on polystyrene trays. I just noticed your comment about Flemming Funch. Steve put a comment on C...
