hi Homely...5 hours sleep last night which is good...can only take aleve every 12 hours so i take advil between doses...and i take it with milk...

Hi Homely, via Opentopia you may have given Trix a solution for her pain. I suspect if you went to the doctor about your knee pain you might be advised not to do so much running. Being a Leo, you're not going to give that up. LOL

just took advil...waiting for pain to subside...got 5 hours sleep which is good...my shepherds pie came out great except i went a little heavy on the pepper...yup....this cam is bookmarked...

Hi, Trix - Glad you're getting some rest. If you're going to take that at bedtime, make sure you take it with a glass of milk or a little bit of food so it doesn't trouble your stomach. I will keep my fingers crossed that it works.
