Trix, we bought that old farmhouse in France for a really low price and hubby renovated it from top to bottom. A lot of the work was done during "holidays" while we still lived in England. He put a watering system in the garden that kept our fruit trees watered for 3 or 4 months ...

Thanks Homely ... but where are you in the US? What state? That can make all the difference. :) (I live in WA, close to the Canadian border ... we can pop over there any time we like and bring back British/European ales and foods that we can't get in America. :) )
