Trix.. LOL! I've kept eggs for ages and they didn't smell but I'd think that nesting box must stink! 5 chicks last summer, 5 chicks earlier this summer and no cleaning inbetween, it's gotta make his eyes water!

Trix, I did it the other way, swapped a young un for an old un, thought he'd be house-trained. Should have realised. I knew his first wife and she never warned me! LOL
