Shyannedianne, I had something similar on Wednesday but I made it into a pie. The same thing happens with my mash, I have some in the fridge now that Ill use tomorrow. Sadly, the UK is like a dumping ground in places.

I'm going for a simple frozen fish in sauce,mash and mixed veg :D I make far too much mash so it lasts me for a few days without needing to keep making fresh,just nuke it in the microwave when needed :D
