Trix, it would be interesting if that's the case. If only 5 eggs are laid then I'd feel sure that it's just one layer. This cam get's more and more addictive!

A thought occurs to me..... if it is 2 of them laying, they usually lay 5 eggs each, are we going to see 10 eggs? Now that would be fascinating!

Hi Sid, quite interesting. Towards the end of the article I noticed that there is a film called The Numbers Station. I'll certainly watch that when it comes to tv.

do you think it's possible that more then one female layed her eggs in here ?
There are 2 females in here now, one was sitting on the eggs when the other came in and they both had a beak to beak stare down till the egg sitter got up and let the other female sit on the eggs.
