LOL by the time I finished typing my post the people were gone ! there was about a dozen people standing on the street in front of the church.

MD the same thing would happen here, but they do have a webcam pointed down at them so they might have signs out stating that they have webcam surveillance.
Maybe the penalty for stealing or vandalism is such that it deters both ?

N Q, they could be doors OR windows. I know that if these were left up overnight in the West Midlands, UK, they wouldn't be there the next day. Or if they were, they'd be damaged. Sad but true.

there's not much activity going on now so I assume they'll leave them up overnight. The ones on the Osnabruck webcam have been up for the last 2 or 3 days--I can't remember when I saw those go up for sure though I'm pretty sure I commented on one of the Osnabruck cams about them....
