Mira Bilis, nice recipes but I'm a philistine and buy a generic chocolate spread. Choc spread and banana is delicious on bread or crispbread. I shall go back and have another look at those recipes, as I said, I don't think I've finished yet!

Mira Bilis, that sounds lovely. I had a huge salad for my evening meal, very well behaved. Then had crispbreads and chocolate spread for dessert and I don't think I've finished yet!!!! LOL
