LOL it must be hot in here. There's one large dog that's standing in front of the large industrial size fan while all of the other dogs play.

MD I bet you're right that's it's for a concert.
It really doesn't have the look of a permanent building but it also doesn't quite look like a temporary building. We'll have to keep a watch out to see what it is.
I have notice a couple different trucks unloading things under it...
