Oh. My scales are Weight Watchers .... those fancy ones that tell you how your weight is made up ..... water and fat content of the body etc. I don't believe a word of it. How can it know that from the soles of my feet? I go for the option that just tells the weight .... and...

well heck....just got on my scales...lost 13 lbs. in 4 weeks???....but... must be the peanut butter cups....I'll order more!!! shoot!!!!now every time I get on them I gain 10 lbs....I'll stop while I'm ahead :)

My blood test on 5th of March was good so they said to come back in 6 weeks ..... which brings us to the 16th April. As I detest going to the doc's more often than necessary ..... I suggested maybe we could do the annual check-up on the same day. Actually .... the health cente...

Good morning Trix ...... 55 here and sunny. I expect this is our summer and we'll have snow next month. LOL Doctors think we take their pills and it acts as a placebo ..... on them .... makes them feel better. :D
