I think they just use 100g as a measure to compare with other foods. 100g of beef wouldn't do for me. In the UK they use 80g as a measure for vegetables and fruit. Who on earth would only have 80g of cabbage or carrots? I see some recipes that call for half a banana. What do...

My favorite ready-made sandwich is BLT. The shop is in Newton Abbot so it's a bus ride away and if I get there a little bit late ..... they're sold out. I buy cooked roast topside of beef from Tesco. I can't leave it alone. :D
