There's a celebration going on here too and OMG there are some women and men wearing white wigs that look like a foot high pile of hair on the top of their head ending in a point. Maybe Parliament wigs ?

They have a parade going on here which has brought out a crowd on the streets. Looks like everybody is celebrating March 1.
