Mira they had some pretty good size snowballs, I hate to been on the receiving end of one of those ! We have snow headed our way in a couple hours and then tomorrow we're headed back into the deep freeze of -20 and -45 windchills--I'll trade my weather for yours :)

Hahah ... they're running around throwing snowballs at eachother. :-) Seems like half the world is covered in snow at the moment, according to Opentopia. ;-) We have thick fog here, coming in off the Strait.

I visit this cam weekly because it's such a nice town square but now with the snow it looks like a story book town square.

You might be on to something there MD ... maybe a salon in an 'international district' ... the staff/customers definitely seem to be of assorted ethnicities. I wonder if there's a "Little Afghanistan" in San Francisco ... or Sydney?? :-)

It's snowing all over Germany tonight or atleast all of the German cams I've been viewing have fresh snow. On this cam there are 3 people building what looks like the beginnings of a snowman or else they're making really big snowballs to throw at each other :)

Mira Bilis, I just read up on North Sentinel Island. A truly fascinating place. It seems amazing that they supposedly sensed the 2004 tsunami and survived it with few or no casualties. I'd love to know how that can be said as a fact when nobody manages to set foot on the island...

I think we're going have to watch the daylight on this one because both of the ip locators I tried stated this is in San Francisco, CA but for some reason I thought the daylight was wrong for the US but then I really haven't been keeping to much of an eye on this cam.
