I had my orange honey parsnips from Tesco. They couldn't have been expensive. Must look next time I'm in there.

Yes, marmalade is excellent for glazing. It doesn't need much but it adds such a lot.

That does sound delicious!  Perhaps we could try making it using honey and orange marmalade. I've used marmalade before as a glaze - works really well. :-)

N Q, she's droll. I don't miss anything, I just scroll back. She has a brilliant turn of phrase and spelling makes no difference, if anything, it adds to my enjoyment.

Hi Mira Bilis. The oven is the very best way. I always put the onions around the edge because I like them to caramelize a little. Rutabaga (swede, as you know!) does nicely. Last year, before Christmas, I saw a packet of prepared parsnips with olive oil and ORANGE honey, frozen. ...

Hi Fred, I've been looking at the Indiana web cams, well, one in particular. Yesterday looked awful. I like this cam. The place looks nice and clean and the goodies look yummy! Plus, as you say, they have warmth and sunshine. MD
