just cut the first inch off the top, snip the points off the leaves and throw it in a pot of water and boil....I never knew they had so much fiber in them.

It was really good and you could have as much as you wanted. I didn't have too much meat but couldn't resist the veg. I've never bought artichokes. A neighbour at our first house in France used to give some to me. I had no idea how you cook them. LOL!

I think you are doing very well to manage with just 2 Advil. That weather sounds awful. Hopefully it will clear rapidly. I've just been eating lettuce! I had BLT on Sunday and Monday and I've got some lettuce left. I hate waste ..... even lettuce. LOL!!!

OOPS....MY MISTAKE....UNCLOT...UNCLOT...UNCLOT!!!!!!!!! I've been on so many meds lately I can hardly keep them straight...I now take only 2 advil a day for my back and my statin. ice and snow are a terrible combo!!!! but it's what we will have by morning.

Trix ...... if the doc thinks you don't move around very much ..... giving you a "clotter" would only make things worse .... vastly increasing your chances of having a stroke. It would make more sense if it was a "thinner" to keep your blood flowing. Have you Googled it??? I...

Ps ....... I've just tried that chocolate. It's perfectly acceptable but not as delicious as the real thing.
