Wisconsin had over 10 inches of snow overnight Fri/Sat. Horrifying thought. I had to cook my own meal. It was traumatic. LOL! I roasted peppers, onions, mushrooms and chicken and added some rice. It was tasty and filling but not the same as having someone else cook. :D

Good morning Trix ... 49 here and very windy. It's not raining but it looks like it's going to. Never had clam chowder but I used to love carrot cake ..... haven't had any for ages. I hope daughter got you some extra treats. ...
