This place makes me giggle. Every once in a while I watch a dude stare at a girl for a LONG time and never say anything to her. If only I could read what those guys are thinking! I want to scream, "MAKE A MOVE ALREADY!"

After reading the comments... This past spring they have been re-constructing the bridge and bringing it up to code. If you watch throughout the summer, it'll raise up to let large boats through. The construction is starting to wind down, thank God!
