hahaha I was wrong, it appeared like ahelo because of the slight light spash, it is a Wind generator hahahaha , but bet it scared the heck out of residents on first look

That hanging light is a Helo, nothing acts like that, only a helo, not a UFO, as I think they are trying to duplicate. they are using a GPS to stay stable.

Cant see a laser, so have no idea if this or not, maybe a compensating setup thats benign in finction, I never messed with this aspect before, so dont know
