Mom's do what they have to. When I was a young kid .... some foods were still on rations after the war. You ate what you could get ... from wherever you could get it. I don't think my mom asked any questions. We never went hungry.

LOL....my dad raised chickens whn I was young and I always asked my mom (when she served chicken) where the chicken came from..if she said the store, I would eat it, but I'm sure she lied a few times!!!

daughter is patching a hole to keep mice out...she's using that stuff in a can that swells up....well....the cat ate a bit if it, so she just got off the phone with vethelp...told her it may give him the poopies or make him throw up...I guess thats better than having it swell up ...
