man when i see this i really miss my old city, i lived here my whole life, and the last 5and a half years in holland i lived right there in the center .... i´m in chile for over 5 years now with tropical heat... so far away from the snow i see here on the lifestream!

What gets me is that they are dual carriage roads and the traffic is so slow. A road like this in England would be classed as 50 or 60 mph. Is this a the rule in US?
