Smart thinking indeed. On the outskirts of Newton Abbot they have built several new housing estates. The first rows will be ok but lots of the houses are down a valley that's been known to flood. It's just crazy to build new houses on a known flood area. I bought myself a new...

yes...they were getting people out of the flooded areas in boats...where my "city daughter" lives, the streets flood quite often because the city was built in a swamp...smart thinking there!!!! been looking for a tea kettle...we dropped ours and it broke.
