Horrible feeling. I've just been having a mad late spring clean. Son is visiting on Wednesday or Thursday and he's a tidy person. I don't know where he got that from. LOL

oh MD...your comment was fine...I question my decision myself sometimes...SO....just got the power back...almost 6 hours this time...a tree branch fell onto a transformer and blew the power to 5 or 6 towns!!

One bus an hour until 17.50 to get home doesn't seem particulary lucky but I suppose it's better than nothing. Do you ever think it wasn't worth buying that car? It would drive me crazy sitting there doing nothing. I'm so jealous. :D

I guess you're lucky to have a bus at all....as for driving...I find that I have so much on my mind that I have a hard time focusing on the driving part!!

I know how you're feeling. Nothing, but nothing, is going to satisfy you until you get a doughnut. They have reduced our bus service to one an hour but it hasn't stopped me catching a bus to the next town to go to a particular goodie shop. The round trip takes about 2 hours and...
