In the UK a lot of landline and mobile phone no's start with 0, so i can understand that. Maybe if you are overseas you should use the international dialling prefix and drop the zero. I hope it isn't a premium rate number though.
HAHA, just as I was about to rate this boring, a chicken found the camera lense and would put up one eye than the other in the lens, and then pecked it. VERY funny..this is a keeper....
